By downloading, installing, or using Next Bolt VPN, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Next Bolt VPN is provided to protect your privacy and security online. You agree not to use the service for illegal activity, to circumvent another party's security, or to violate the terms of the platforms and services you access through it.
Premium is offered as auto-renewing Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly subscriptions, bought inside the Next Bolt VPN app and charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Payments are processed by Apple or Google, so refunds are handled under the App Store or Google Play refund policies. No refund is issued for the unused portion of a subscription period, except as required by applicable law or by those policies.
We work to keep the network available at all times but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Server locations and features may change as we improve the network.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including abusive traffic patterns that degrade service for other users.
Next Bolt VPN is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
